Book a Hotel in Two Easy Steps
Step One: Create an Account
In the top right corner of this site, click the option to sign in. If it’s your first time using the tool, it will ask you to create a free account. After entering a few prompted fields, agree to the privacy policy and hit the red “create” button.
Step Two: Book A Hotel
Navigate to your preferred hotel through the search function and click “more details.” Then, check rates and availability to reserve the dates of your desired stay. When you’re ready to book, hit the red “book” button next to your room or suite of choice and follow the prompted steps. After booking, we’ll ensure your travel preferences are communicated so that each hotel stay is seamless.

What are the benefits booking through the Reservation Desk?
If you already know the exact hotel you want to book and like taking the reins, using my booking tool is an efficient way to make a hotel reservation with all of the perks. VIP perks typically include priority for room upgrades (subject to availability), daily complimentary breakfast for two guests, a minimum of a $100 hotel credit, early check-in and late check-out (subject to availability), and complimentary WiFi.
How do I book a hotel using the tool?

What if I can‘t find the hotel I want to book?
If your hotel in mind isn’t listed or isn’t showing availability, please contact us to get started.
Why can’t I book a Four Seasons hotel using the booking portal?
Four Seasons properties are not available through the booking portal, however JBG Travels is a Preferred Partner with Four Seasons and our clients receive similar VIP perks. Please get started by contacting us.
When should I come directly to you to book?
